Hoopzi delivers to Belgium at the same price as in France via Mondial Relay and Colissimo.
Once your order has been validated, we do our utmost to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible! This means that we are no longer able to modify or cancel your order because we cannot stop the delivery process in progress. You must therefore place a new order and return the unwanted item(s) to us.

TOM: Delivery to your home by Colissimo for 19.90 euros.
DOM: Delivery to the DOM by Colissimo at 14.90 euros.
Our Colissimo shipments cannot exceed 15 kilos.
For each order, an automatic invoice is systematically sent to you by email.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS
You can shorten our electrical cords.
For this we advise you to shorten the wires at the pavilion.
We advise you to have this operation carried out by a competent person trained in the regulations on electrical connections in accordance with NFC15100 regulations.
Incandescent or filament bulbs have been gradually withdrawn from sale for several years.
They are gradually being replaced by LED bulbs that consume less energy. The electrical power indicated on a bulb corresponds to the electrical power that a bulb needs to operate and not to the light output. What is important when choosing a bulb is the desired light intensity.
This intensity is not measured in Watts but in Lumens. The lumen is thus the quantity of light given off by a bulb.

All our electrical products have an ERP certificate of conformity allowing them to be installed in establishments open to the public.
Bala and Hang products are guaranteed for 10 years (2-year legal guarantee included).
The 2-year legal warranty and 8-year commercial warranty do not cover, among other things, defects linked to:
- installation of the product that does not comply with standards (for example, in the event of non-compliance with the thresholds for the supply voltage) and/or use that does not comply with standards (for example, in the event of use of products that do not have the “Seawater resistant” marking in a high salinity environment, without having a protection index of 44 or higher),
- installation of the product in an environment with higher than average humidity, and/or due to non-regulatory maintenance (for example, use of inappropriate cleaning products, use of objects with sharp edges)
- deliberate modifications to the product.
Hoopzi declines all responsibility in the cases described above, insofar as these defects are not attributable to it.
The warranty does not apply in the event of improper use of the product and in the event of damage caused by transport or storage of the product.
In case of sale to a professional / company, the new Hoopzi products that we sell benefit from a warranty reduced to a period of one year, from the day of delivery. In order to be able to activate your warranty it will be necessary to present the purchase invoice.
All accessories and lampshades on our website attach to our Bala cords and Hang pendants.
The Black Bakelite and White Plastic sockets can technically be removed from the wire at your own initiative.
The socket must be unscrewed after removing the safety tab positioned inside the socket.
For this we strongly advise you to go through a competent person trained in the regulations on electrical connections in accordance with regulation NFC15100.
Hoopzi lights are for indoor use only, with an IP20 rating, the most common protection rating, you can easily install them in most rooms of the house.
All our Hang pendants come with silicone hooks to attach the wires as you wish.
We attach a hook to each of the yarns (Hang1: 1 hook, Hang2: 2 hooks, Hang3: 3 hooks, Hang5: 5 hooks).

AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Damn! This is very unfortunate but happens from time to time despite the many precautions.
However, we hope that your Hoopzi item has arrived intact.
If the product(s) are damaged, you must make a complaint to us within 3 days using the form in our “Contact us” area.
It may happen that your products arrive from several logistics centers and are therefore delivered in several packages.
For each order you have a delivery note which lists the products sent.
If, despite everything, you notice an item missing, please contact us using the form in our “Contact us” area.
Don't worry!
If the defect found is a production defect or if there was an error in the preparation of your order, we will replace the product.

PRODUCTION
Hoopzi controls the life of the product from A to Z, from its creation to its distribution.
In our product design process there is a design part and a manufacturing part.
Hoopzi imagines its entire collection and designs it in France. As for production, we call on partners who have strong expertise in each dedicated field.
Our range of bio-sourced lampshades is manufactured in the Ile de France region, our range of steel cages in Spain by a renowned partner in the wire manufacturing of lampshades and our electrical products by a Chinese partner who has a highly developed R&D department and more than 20 years of experience in the world of lighting and weaving on woven electrical wire.
Our goal is to consume better and pollute less. For our lampshades, we use oyster waste and plant polymer to make bio-sourced lampshades.
The majority of our accessories are made of steel because steel is a 100% recyclable and infinitely recyclable material. The majority of our electrical range is woven in natural linen or jute thread which do not use water or phytosanitary products unlike cotton.
Finally, our packaging is 0 plastic.
