11 Product Returns
Exercising the right of withdrawal
You have a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt or collection of your entire order.
During these periods, You may return undamaged and unused Products, without having to justify your reasons or pay any penalty. In the event that the Product(s) have been received damaged, the " exchange " procedure will apply.
All Products may be retracted, except those excluded by law in article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, for example Products that have been customized at your request (custom electrical cable cutting for example).
The Products returned must be intact and complete and must not have been used once.
Please note that, to facilitate the correct return of your order, the latter must be provided, with its packaging intact, neither punctured nor torn.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may make any unambiguous statement indicating your intention to return the Product to Hoopzi.
Hoopzi will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal, by email.
You must then return the Products to Hoopzi, no later than fourteen (14) clear days following your withdrawal, to the following address:
- by Post to the following address: Stock AZ - Hoopzi - rue du Nauron - 79180 CHAURAY. The cost of return via La Poste is at your expense with the exception of a defective Product upon receipt, or an error by Hoopzi when sending the Product.
Hoopzi undertakes to reimburse you the totality of the sums paid upon receipt of the Product in its warehouses or upon receipt of the proof of return of your package that You will have sent to us at the following address: Stock AZ - Hoopzi - rue du Nauron - 79180 CHAURAY.
Hoopzi will reimburse you for returned Products, subject to compliance with the above conditions.
The refund will be made via the payment method used for the returned order.
So, for example, if the Products order was paid for by:
- Carte Bleue, and your Carte Bleue is still valid, the refund will be made to the account attached to that Carte Bleue.
- Paypal, and your Paypal account is still active, the refund will be made to this Paypal account.
Echange
You also have the option of requesting an exchange, within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the Product.
You can return the Product to be exchanged to Hoopzi by Post to the following address : Stock AZ - Hoopzi - rue du Nauron - 79180 CHAURAY
The cost of return for exchange is at your expense with the exception of an exchange of a defective product or following an error by Hoopzi when sending the product.
For bulky Products reported, Hoopzi will organize their home pickup, if you request it on the https://hoopzi.com/pages/contactez-nouspage. The Product to be taken back must be intact, complete, packaged and unused. The return of the Product may possibly take place at the same time as the delivery of the new Product, subject to the organization of the carriers and the availability of the Product. Return shipping costs organized by Hoopzi or its logistics provider are at your expense (deducted from the refund of your invoice) with the exception of an exchange of a defective product or following an error by Hoopzi when sending the product.
Special case of a non-compliant Product
Hoopzi advises you to check the Product at the time of delivery and in the event that the delivered Product is non-conforming (Product error, defective, damaged or incomplete Product), to make written reservations no later than three (3) days following such delivery, with the carrier and/or Hoopzi.
In all cases, the provisions set out in the Legal Guarantees section will apply. Thus, the non-conforming Product delivered may initially only be replaced or repaired.
For Products reported as non-conforming within three (3) days of delivery, Hoopzi allows you to exercise your right of withdrawal and obtain a refund of the Product in application of the provisions of bridge 8 exercising the right of withdrawal.
