Shipping policy
Preparation - dispatch times and delivery prices by country;
Our logistics teams in France and England process your orders from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Order preparations are carried out Monday to Friday until 12:00.
Orders placed after 12:00 on Friday will be processed the following Monday (excluding public holidays).
Preparation time before shipment:
Express delivery (Chronopost, DHL Express): all orders placed before 1:00 pm are shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Standard delivery (point retrait and home delivery): any order placed before 1:00 pm is dispatched within 24/48 working hours
Delivery times:
Standard delivery times are indicative only. No delay by the carrier can give rise for the customer to the cancellation of the order placed within a period of 30 days from the order confirmation and its payment.
For all standard mode deliveries in point retrait and home delivery, Hoopzi reserves the choice of carrier and guarantees the proper routing of products.
Delivery control:
Hoopzi guarantees the conformity of the product delivered to the essential characteristics described on the site hoopzi.com and this for its use in accordance with its destination.
The buyer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the product delivered and to make any reservation on the delivery note within 2 working days. In the absence of any reservation, the product is deemed to have been accepted by the customer and may not be the subject of any dispute concerning its delivery.
