Délais préparation – expédition et prix de livraison par pays ;

 Notre équipe logistique en France et en Angleterre traitent vos commandes du lundi au vendredi, de 8h00 à 17h00. Les préparations de commandes s’effectuent du lundi au vendredi jusqu’à 12h00.

Les commandes passées après 12h00 le vendredi seront traitées le lundi suivant (hors jours fériés).

Les délais de préparation avant expédition :

Livraison Express (Chronopost, DHL Express) : toute commande passée avant 13h00 est expédiée le jour même (hors week-end et jours fériés).

Livraison Standard (point retrait et livraison domicile) : toute commande passée avant 13h00 est expédiée dans un délai de 24 / 48h ouvrées

 Délais de livraison :

Les délais de livraison standard ne sont donnés qu’à titre indicatif. Aucun retard du transporteur ne peut donner pour le client lieu à l’annulation de la commande passée dans un délais de 30 jours à compter de la confirmation de commande et son règlement.

Pour toutes les livraisons en mode standard en point retrait et livraison domicile, Hoopzi se réserve le choix du transporteur et garantit le bon acheminement des produits.

Contrôle de la livraison :

Hoopzi garantit la conformité du produit livré aux caractéristiques essentielles décrites sur le site hoopzi.com et ce pour son usage conforme à sa destination.

L’acheteur est tenu de vérifier l’état de l’emballage et la conformité du produit livré et d’émettre toute réserve sur le bon de livraison dans un délais de 2 jours ouvrés. En l’absence de réserve, le produit est réputé accepté par le client et ne pourra faire l’objet d’aucune contestation concernant sa livraison.
