Preparation and shipping times and delivery prices by country;

Our logistics team in France and England processes your orders Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Orders are prepared Monday through Friday until 12:00 p.m.

Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. on Friday will be processed the following Monday (excluding public holidays).

Preparation times before shipping:

Express delivery (Chronopost, DHL Express): any order placed before 1:00 p.m. is shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Standard Delivery (pickup point and home delivery): all orders placed before 1:00 p.m. are shipped within 24/48 business hours.

Delivery times:

Standard delivery times are provided for informational purposes only. No delay on the part of the carrier may give rise to the cancellation of the order placed within 30 days of the order confirmation and payment.

For all standard deliveries to pick-up points and home addresses, Hoopzi reserves the right to choose the carrier and guarantees the proper delivery of the products.

Delivery inspection:

Hoopzi guarantees that the product delivered complies with the essential characteristics described on the hoopzi.com website and is fit for its intended use.

The buyer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the product delivered and to note any reservations on the delivery note within 2 working days.
